The Great Notley Workout Group has been running (pun definitely intended) for over 20 years.
We run a self paced exercise group where everyone works at their own rate with no pressure to over exert yourself. Encouragement comes from the friendly group, working alongside others and some music to get the heart pumping.
The whole session runs for about an hour with a warm up, about 40 minutes of exercise and a cool down and stretch off.
Exercises consist of a combination of static exercises using weights and gravity as well as aerobic work to provide a good all round workout.
